I think your advice is grear so how would you brake the habit of putting your fingers in your mouth?
couldn’t the trigger or replacement lead to a new bad habit??
But in general I think the advice is really good. I might try it out some time, as I’ve got too many bad habits… And the idea of posting the change to make a public agreement is great!
